Hello humans .
Resilience and Adaptability: Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, individuals have demonstrated resilience and adaptability in adjusting to new circumstances. I for example have used my creativity and innovation in finding new ways to work, connect, and thrive in the face of adversity
I changed career of 15 years completely
If started this way :
1-framer
2-fisherman
3-Tattoo Artist
4- catering
Till I had the confident on what I should do as hobby and as new career , and it was my skills in canvas arts and creativity . And that’s what I do now . 1+1=0
But
What happened before covid is just like it was a dream or the greener side .
I feel no onr is the same anynore , am saying overall experince , it has chamged the entire planet .
It’s just something I have also no to time to dip deep in it , but as hard as it was and as easy as it’s gone ! ( theory we will not understand unless the higher source choose you )
It was a nightmare , let’s break down what Covid did to us :
In general
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on human mental health. Here are some common effects of the pandemic on mental health:
Increased Anxiety and Stress: The uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, fear of getting infected, financial worries, and social isolation have led to increased levels of anxiety and stress in many individuals.
Depression: The isolation and disruption of daily routines caused by the pandemic have contributed to feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and depression in some people.
Loneliness: Social distancing measures and lockdowns have resulted in increased feelings of loneliness and isolation, which can have a negative impact on mental well-being.
Grief and Loss: The pandemic has led to significant loss of lives, jobs, and normalcy, resulting in grief and mourning for many individuals and communities.
Burnout: Frontline healthcare workers, essential workers, and caregivers have experienced burnout due to increased work demands and stress during the pandemic.
Increased Substance Abuse: Some individuals have turned to alcohol, drugs, or other substances as a coping mechanism for dealing with the stress and uncertainty of the pandemic.
Post-Traumatic Stress: Those who have been directly affected by COVID-19, such as individuals who have been hospitalized or lost loved ones, may experience symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
It’s a catastrophic event my lovely readers some have not recovered mentally yet and some became something that is less emotional and less feelings .
